With our investment funds, we purchase multifamily properties and other commercial assets in cash, and we can close quickly. Additionally, when we acquire larger projects, our partners include reputable family offices and investment funds, both nationally and internationally. We run an efficient underwriting and due diligence process to ensure successful transactions for sellers, our firm, and our partners.
What We Do
We offer commercial and multifamily sellers in any financial situation (foreclosures, probate, cash out to buy bigger deals, need for new operations, etc.) the opportunity to partner with us. With over 60 years of combined experience, we help to reposition multifamily properties by doing extensive renovations, increasing rents, reducing expenses, and conducting an in-depth asset and construction management assessment that leads to outstanding results. We have an enviable market position in every region in which we invest and ensure sellers can enjoy positive cash flow and pride of ownership while the property is running effortlessly and efficiently.
This is a 45-unit motel that we have repositioned into a thriving multifamily property. It is one of the latest in our Myrtle Beach MSA portfolio that includes a fully occupied residential asset, as well as storage units.

We conduct an extensive underwriting process of the market, sub-market, and the property’s operational history and financials. We work directly with our team on the ground, primarily our property managers and general contractors, to establish the business model that best fits each property. We then offer sellers/investors a few options from which they can choose:
- Purchase the property outright.
- A long-term partnership where we take over the entire operation and management.
- Hire us as consultants for the management, property operation, and renovation.
- A short-term partnership where we pay for the renovation and sell it after stabilization.
- Purchase the note for properties in foreclosure.
- Purchase the tax lien.
We use many creative financial models; there is always a solution we can offer investors and sellers with whom we speak.
